40th Birthday cake

The brief was, she is turning 40, she likes green, she is going skydiving, she likes needle work and writes poetry..

The top was a skydiver, the buttons around the bottom was for the needlework, (connected with cross stitching), the little book had a poem written in it, Grense, by NP van Wyk Louw.  To fit it all I had to make extra "pages" down the side..

Sea theme

We are having lovely weather in Mossel Bay.  The whales are frolicking in the sea, saw 2 at Little Brak on Sunday.

It reminded me of the seatheme cupcakes I've made before.

Hopefully I can make these cupcakes for all my new Mossel Bay and George customers soon!

The baby room was full of little ducks, so I made these cupcakes to match the little one's room..

Dinosaurs doing ballet!?

This is one of my favourite cakes!  The imagination of the little girl, dinosaurs doing ballet!!  I suppose if a mouse can cook, dinosaurs can do ballet!  I love the colours as well. 

Stork Party

I had such fun creating this cake for a stork party at Fynbos Coffee Shop in Marsh Street, Mossel Bay!
