Puff the Dragon

This cake was made in quite a rush, I only had one day to bake and decorate it..

Peacock cake and cupcakes

I was approached by a gorgeous couple all the way from Bloemfontein to make their cake for their Garden Route wedding.  They send me a very cute idea where the cupcakes forms the tail of the peacock..

Silver and white wedding cake

It was lovely to make such an elegant wedding cake with a white and silver theme..

The cupcakes each had a flower with silver detail.  The cutting cake was a chocolate ganache cake.

Wrapped chocolate cake

This couple only wanted something small, so I made them a one tier chocolate ganache cake wrapped with chocolate.

Topsy Turvy cake

Topsy turvy cakes are always a challenge but are such fun!!  This one had detail of a giraffe and tinktinkie (nicknames for each other) around the side as drawn by the couple.

White and silver wedding

It has been a busy time for Koekerasie.  In between orders I also play around with samples for upcoming weddings.  These are for a wedding later this year..They are a lovely couple and I am looking forward to their wedding!
