Teaching keeps me very busy with very little time for baking.  I did manage to squeeze in a cake as a gift for someone.

It was a double tier chocolate ganache sponge cake.

Jungle book

The Jungle Book is one of my favourite stories ever.

Baloo swinging from side to side while singing the bear necessities must be one of the best moving songs ever!

This cake was an absolute joy to make.

Very bright wedding cake

I normally shy away from bright wedding cakes.

It turned out quite fun looking and tongue-in-cheek, specially with the couple on top playing keyboard.
